We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef with hospitality experience to join one of our lively café kitchens. Your daily operations will include preparation, food storage, and delivering delicious food that keeps our customers happy, satisfied, and coming back for more. Role Overview
You’ll bring your experience of working in a busy environment to Tesco, becoming a café menu expert eager to share your knowledge with the team. From health and safety to reducing food waste, you’ll understand the importance of every detail and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food quality and service speed — because no one tries harder for our customers.

* Storage and preparation in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Deliver timely, tasty food to customers while maintaining high standards and serving to specification.
* Identify new and better ways of working to improve services for customers and colleagues.
* Meet health, safety, and food safety requirements.
* Understand our service plan’s key drivers and deliver to the required standard.

* Background in hospitality.
* Experience working productively in high-pressure environments.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.

* Good planning and organization skills.
* Confidence to use initiative to improve processes or adapt to situations.
* Excellent communication skills to motivate and support a growing team.
