Job Description:
New: Senior Medical Writer (Remote UK/Europe) - Growing HEOR & Market Access Consulting firm
An exciting opportunity to join a growing consulting firm with one of the best staff retention rates in the healthcare/pharma space. Be part of a fun, people-focused culture where everyone looks out for each other, pulling in the same direction, finding a great balance between work and personal life.
This role can be fully remote based in a number of European countries, as well as US and Canada (with minimal travel/a few team meet-ups per year).
The role would suit an experienced medical writer who enjoys hands-on writing and working in a collaborative, close-knit team. You will have an established leadership team to support your growth and development, with no pressure to be involved in sales/business development. The role offers good visibility in a small, privately owned company and the chance to work on global projects.
Much of the company's work is repeat business and organic growth, with a wealth of ongoing business lined up for the foreseeable future. This is a great opportunity to join a smaller firm (under 100 people) with a non-corporate culture, valuing SMEs and allowing experts to progress both responsibilities and salary while staying hands-on and close to the science.
Ideal profile:
* 3-12 years experience in a relevant consultancy/agency environment
* MSc/PhD in a relevant field
* Technical expertise and ability to write technical reports from health economic models, ITCs, and/or NMAs
* Experience in developing Global Value Dossiers, US dossiers, objection handlers, posters, and manuscripts
* Experience in Evidence Synthesis and related writing is desirable
* Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with colleagues across UK, EU, and US
