The Quality Auditor will be a key team player. To assist the Quality Manager with the responsibility of Quality and Food Safety management systems., Key Responsibilities Quality Auditor: * Complete monthly KPI reports, summarising issues and trends * Daily monitoring of product quality * Assisting with the TACCP/VACCP systems * Managing the internal audit schedule, chasing up outstanding audits, logging non-conformances and chasing completion of actions raised * Active HACCP team member, and able to complete tasks on the site’s HACCP system * Completing internal audits * Monitoring of internal non-conformances ensuring that they are completed with effective corrective actions * Assist training of staff in procedures * Checking artwork against approved specifications * Log and communicate concession requests * Trend concessions and report trends to Technical management/site KPI report monthly * Trend non-conformances and report trends to Technical management/site KPI report monthly * Challenge traceability from raw material receipt to disp...
