We are looking to speak with candidates currently working in dealership accounts roles who are looking for a fresh challenge and a career step away from the day-to-day finance function. This is a unique opportunity to use your dealership finance experience in a completely different way helping other dealerships implement and learn a specialist automotive finance system. Full training will be provided. You do not need any experience in training or software implementation. This role offers: A move away from daily transactional accounts work Exposure to different dealership groups across the UK Full training in automotive systems implementation and training A long-term career path within automotive technology What youll be doing Supporting the implementation of a specialist automotive finance platform within dealerships Helping configure the system to align with each dealerships accounting processes Delivering clear and practical training sessions to dealership finance teams Working with roles such as Accounts Clerks, Assistant Accountants and Financial Controllers Supporting dealerships through system go-live and transition from existing systems Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure dealerships get the best from the platform Working both remotely and visiting dealerships What were looking for Experience working in motor trade / dealership accounts Understanding of dealership finance processes such as: ? Purchase ledger ? Bank reconciliations ? Journals and accruals ? VAT returns ? Month-end procedures ?
