Due to expansion, With exciting plans for the future, they are looking to hire an ambitious graduate to join as a Sales Development Representative in their Brighton office.
What would I be doing?
Based in Brighton, as an SDR you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to identify their needs and align them with solutions.
You will be representing their passenger communications platform predominantly to airlines with a view to arranging a meeting for a more experienced sales team member to sit. The aim is to book 12-15 meetings per month and there will be the opportunity to shadow these meeting to gain experience. They are looking for an ambitious graduate with the appetite to move into a fully closing sales role.
What type of candidate are the company looking for?
This is an entry level role with no prior sales experience required, well suited to someone with great relationship building skills that will translate into a sales role where you are persuading and influencing people on a daily basis.

What is the salary & benefits package offered?
4. £30,000 basic salary
5. £45,000 OTE
6. 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays
