Your new role
Responsibilities include investigating and resolving system errors, managing access requests, and supporting users with technical queries.
Maintaining accurate records, updating training materials, and escalating complex issues to IT when needed.
Approving SRM access requests from the business
Reviewing and approving low-value shopping cart requests and providing feedback to the business areas should a cart be rejected
Take ownership of responding to procurement-related queries and requests, via the department's messaging centre.
What you'll need to succeed
This role supports purchasers across the business, so candidates need to communicate clearly, keep colleagues updated on progress, and respond helpfully to queries.
The job involves handling multiple requests at once, acting promptly, and following up to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with SAP and SAP SRM purchasing systems, as the role involves managing Ask Procurement ServiceNow tickets (requests for support from users).
A methodical approach to troubleshooting and a good understanding of procurement processes are important.
