Position: Night Security Officer
Location: Fitzroy Place
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
Salary: £27,728 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in Fitzrovia. Consisting of 289 residential apartments. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard and includes commercial office units and a restored Grade II Chapel. The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Night Security Officer at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
2. you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
3. you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
4. You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
5. your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
6. You’ll be in possession of a door supervisor SIA licence
