As a Deployment Assistant, you’ll help ensure our gaming machine software is accurately managed, deployed, and maintained across our estate.

Role Responsibilities
6. Support the deployment and ongoing management of gaming machine software across the estate.
7. Maintain and develop internal systems (such as Edge), ensuring all data is accurate, up to date, and fully traceable.
8. Track and manage software changes, including updates and game configurations, ensuring everything is controlled and recorded accurately.
9. Keep a clear and comprehensive view of software versions across all machines, ensuring consistency and visibility.
10. Communicate software updates and changes clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
11. Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all software versions remain compliant, escalating any risks or issues where needed.
12. Assist in coordinating deployment activities, helping to ensure timelines and delivery milestones are met.
13. Support audits of machine estates to confirm correct software is installed and discrepancies are identified and resolved.
14. Produce reports and maintain documentation relating to deployments, data tracking, and compliance activities.
15. Collaborate with teams across the business (including Product, Compliance, Commercial, and others) to support smooth operational delivery.
16. Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring to the role
17. A strong interest in the gaming industry, with a basic understanding of how products are delivered and maintained.
18. Ideally, some awareness of gaming regulations or compliance requirements (UK and/or international), or a willingness to learn.
19. Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
20. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
21. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
22. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
23. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
24. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
25. A positive, customer-focused approach when supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
26. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
