Tesco Media and Insight Platform is a partnership between Tesco and dunnhumby. Together, we always put the customer first. Fuelled by data from over 24 million Clubcard holders, our closed-loop measurement helps brands understand consumer behaviour and ensures that every pound of advertising budget is spent targeting the right customer, at the right time, with the right message, across the full marketing funnel.
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (6-month contract) who expects more from their career. This role provides administrative support to the Tesco Media Sales Team with general coordination and account management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for updating our regular systems, new bookings and contracts, pipeline management of media campaigns and invoicing of campaigns.
* You will support the teams in building audiences and segmentations for media campaigns and in providing measurement for campaigns once they are completed.
* You will support the teams in their admin, ensuring all actions are completed on time in full.
* You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes / ways of working within your team and the wider Tesco Media teams.
* You will interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, requiring a high level of organization, strong prioritization, and the ability to manage your own time with support from your team lead.
Qualifications
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
* Energetic and motivated
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to multi-task and demonstrate agility
