Title: Project Admin
Location: Remote, UK
Contract: Until Oct 2026
Scope:
Primary remote administrative support for project managers in UK Field Engg team during deployment of engineering solutions in UK/IE client network.
Travel:
Minimal, likely for any quarterly team meetings
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Remote support on technical projects
* Get updates from project managers and maintain overall project schedule for UKIE projects
* Manage site contractors pre-work documentation, permit to work and vendor day passes, add visitors to sites
* Create country specific detailed guidelines, FAQ, background checks, VDP, and do vendor trainings. Maintain office hours, revisions
* Budget Management support for Program Owner
* Weekly budget updating and maintenance of overall UK IE budget file
* Weekly check of outstanding invoices, any new POs
* Manage multiple tasks on parallel projects simultaneously
* Documentation support
* Transfer from vendor file storage to RME file storage – all projects as needed
* Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
* Site support for technical deployments (as needed, if applicable to individual skill set)
Basic qualifications
* Working experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent
* Working experience as Project Manager of medium complex projects
* Proficiency in tools: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel
