Salary: CircaGBP55,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 33 days inclusive of BH

Requirements:
* Experience managing Nursing Homes
* Nurse qualified with an active pin (RGN, RMN, RNLD) - Not essential
* Care Home Management background (evidence of CQC success)

The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a valued client who own a portfolio of beautiful, purpose-built care homes across the North of England. With a new opening in the business, they are looking for a solid operator to join the team and lead a care home based around the Wigan area.
The role joins a carefully designed care home providing nursing, nursing dementia and residential care to older adults. Built within a sprawling landscape, this is an opportunity for an existing manager to join a home they can truly build and grow.
With support from the business themselves, the new manager will have a network around them to lean on and in turn will bring a passion to deliver on new ideas.
Candidate
The successful candidate is required to come from a background of care home management. This will include a track record of successful CQC inspections, examples of developing staff and strategically marketing a care home. With plenty of room to grow the business, it is imperative that the applicant have a desire to expand a service and comfortably understands commercials.
They will hold an eye for quality, promote person-centered care and put residents and their staff at the heart of practice. This passion for care will show in the way they liaise with local stakeholders, families and underpin the pride they have in their home.

The interview process will be a 2 stage interview with the senior team.

I m looking to hear from nurse qualified managers keen to take on a new challenge within a care home supporting older adults. You ll be commercially savvy when it comes to occupancy and staff retention strategies, be able to communicate with the community and build relationships internally. Quality care for your residents will be paramount, ensuring each each resident receives a person-centred approach to their care.
