Lecturer in Additional Learning Support [Ref: HH5309]
Pro rata of £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (i.e. £16,520.81 – £25,760.81)
22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Responsibilities
* Deliver innovative teaching activities tailored for young people with social communication difficulties and those on the Autistic Spectrum.
* Collaboratively design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and cross-college initiatives.
* Handle associated administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.
Qualifications / Experience
* Demonstrable experience working with young people who have social communication difficulties and learners on the Autistic Spectrum.
* Experience working with a diverse range of learners is essential.
* Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements is highly desirable.
