Miryco Consultants are working with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS firm in the RegTech space to strengthen their sales team. We are interested in speaking to experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals with a desire to join a fast-scaling business serving financial services clients.
With the opportunity to own the full sales cycle and work closely with highly-experienced co-CEOs, this will appeal to proactive and ambitious individuals with an appetite to accelerate their career growth.
Responsibilities
* Own the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and expansion.
* Build and manage pipeline by targeting new financial services clients and nurturing existing accounts.
* Engage senior stakeholders across banking, insurance, asset management, and other financial institutions.
* Tailor complex SaaS solutions to client needs in regulatory, compliance, and risk management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align sales messaging and GTM strategy.
* Mentor and support junior sales team members (SDRs/BDRs) as the team scales.
* Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy (Salesforce).
* Contribute to market positioning, thought leadership, and brand visibility via events, webinars, and forums.
Requirements
Essential:
* Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into financial services.
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially savvy, with ability to match client pain points to SaaS solutions.
* Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
* Team-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by growth.
Preferred:
* Experience in RegTech / FinTech or compliance-related technology.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, ESG).
* Exposure to global markets (e.g., APAC, EMEA, US).
* Background in a Series A/B+ or high-growth scale-up environment.
Location: London (4 days per week in office)
