This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent afternoon shift (14:0022:00), working any 5 days out of 7. What youll do on a typical day: Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvements Ensuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations What you need to succeed at GXO: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to challenges Confident communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
