Working closely with the General Manager and owner, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel's commercial success while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

The role:
Build and maintain professional relationships with key partners and clients
Manage reservations with a strong focus on revenue optimisation
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive and reactive sales activity
Collaborate with hotel leadership to support commercial objectives
What we're looking for:
Experience in sales, reservations, and revenue management
Previous experience within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A professional approach and commitment to high standards of service
