As an Apprentice Operations Assistant based at West Bromwich, youll be responsible for:
* Delivering excellent customer service on our Trade Counter
* Responsible for goods-in and goods-out
* General housekeeping of the Warehouse
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Answering customer enquiries on phone, face-to-face and email
* Making proactive outbound sales calls
You will be working towards a Trade Supplier level 2 qualification. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
