Role Overview
* We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Ads Manager to manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and potentially LinkedIn. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector – particularly in regulated environments such as mental health or wellness clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
* Conduct audience research, creative testing, and ongoing optimisation to maximise campaign performance
* Monitor and analyse ad performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights
* Ensure all advertising adheres to relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines (e.g. GDPR, ASA, CQC)
* Collaborate with our internal creative and strategy teams to align ad campaigns with broader marketing objectives
* Advise on budget allocation, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking best practices
Requirements
* Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for healthcare brands, ideally within the private healthcare or mental health sectors
* Deep understanding of the compliance and ethical considerations required in healthcare marketing
* Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance reporting tools
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
* Based in the UK or familiar with UK healthcare marketing regulations
* Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or TikTok Ads
* Understanding of customer journeys in private healthcare
* Experience working with marketing agencies or in a freelance capacity
* Familiarity with lead generation for clinics or specialist healthcare services
