We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead the warehouse operation during your shift, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient running of all processes
* Build strong working relationships with site leaders, stakeholders and customer teams, promoting a one‑team culture
* Drive a high‑performance environment through coaching, development, planning and effective communication
* Ensure daily SLAs, KPIs and productivity targets are met, taking corrective action where required to maintain service excellence
* Champion Health & Safety, manage resource planning, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure full operational adherence to SOPs
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong operational management experience within logistics, supply chain or warehouse environments
* A confident communicator with excellent leadership, stakeholder‑management and team‑engagement skills
* Experience managing change, driving performance and supporting colleague development
* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse data and challenge constructively
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt plans quickly and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment
* Flexible, proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
