Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
As an apprentice you will be part of our Intelligent Solutions Team who are responsible for identifying areas where we can improve accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency and enable change to realise these opportunities. This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.

What will you be doing?
This programme will develop your practical, technical and soft-skills, with Health & Safety at the heart of everything you do. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Data Analyst Level 4 qualification and a permanent, long-term career with M Group!
* You’ll be working alongside qualified and highly experienced members of staff, many of whom would have started their careers as an Apprentice just like you.
* You’ll learn about our business and the industry regulations surrounding it.
* We’ll teach you a variety of IT systems to support your role including Power BI
* Working at any stage of the software solution lifecycle.
* Undertaking maintenance of a range of contemporary or legacy software solutions to required levels of service.
* Searching and manipulating different types of data sources, including both structured and unstructured
* User administration and support
* Data upload
* Workflow design
* Effective communication
* Performance monitoring and bug fixing
What you’ll bring
* Right to work in the UK
* At least a grade of 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Effective communication skills
