Job Description
You will be part of the Sheet Metal unit of production's supply chain team. The team is composed of 13 members who are dedicated to ensuring deliveries are on time, at the right quantity and at the right cost and quality to our internal customers.
The sheet metal unit of production is multi program (A320 Neo, Pearl 700, etc…) and comprises more than twenty work centers.
Your role will be a mix of supply chain activities focusing mainly on external scheduling and continuous improvement activities.
You will be in charge of supporting the external scheduler and the line manager in supplying sheet metal items (portfolio is 900 P/N from a dozen supplier) as well as the sub contrators for treatment of parts. You will participate to the daily meetings and have to report on performance with associated root cause. You will carry out data analysis to support decision making by the management team. You will also be asked to cover an amount of 5S activities on the shopfloor linked to inventory management for items shipping out to our subcontractors.
You will also support the Supply Chain Manager with the One Safran maturity audits and associated actions to work towards MRP II Class A Standards.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
Master's degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or Supply Chain Option
Experience in the industry (apprenticeship or internship)
Good knowledge and understanding of the principles of MRP2
Basic knowledge of business economics
Proficient knowledge of Excel and Power point
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
