Summary
Provides comprehensive professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, installation, configuration, and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
2. Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
3. Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance, and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client’s business.
4. Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
5. Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.

15. Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
16. Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ clients.
17. Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
18. Works with Logicalis’ clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
19. Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities.
20. Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
21. Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
22. Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
23. Mentors and trains team members on working in collaborative environment.
24. Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
25. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

Education
27. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
28. 8 years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions, in the following:
29. Cisco Core Networking
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Instant messaging and presence
Enablement of mobile and remote workers (Collaboration Edge)
Unified voice messaging
Legacy PBX Integration
Unified Contact Center – UCCX and UCCE
Cisco WebEx Control Hub
Cisco WebEx Calling
Cisco Webex Contact Center
Cisco WebEx Teams
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams Voice
AudioCodes
30. Consulting background focused on Cisco solutions and Microsoft Teams
31. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications

32. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration (CCIE Collaboration)
33. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Enterprise Infrastructure (CCIE Enterprise)

Salary Compensation Range: $99, to $, plus bonus
