Salary: circa £48,000- £52,000

A well-established and growing business within the manufacturing sector is looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a varied and hands on role that will support the preparation of monthly management accounts, project reporting and financial analysis across the business.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded accountant with strong management accounts and analytical experience who enjoys partnering with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary
• Month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Costing and variance analysis
• Weekly revenue recognition reporting
• Cashflow analysis and cash book reconciliations
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Supporting annual audits
• Project margin and profitability analysis
• VAT returns and budgeting support
• Supporting project cost tracking and project closure processes

About You:

• ACCA/ CIMA qualified or very strong QBE experience
• Previous experience within a similar Management Accountant role
