The role
As a Customer Services Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The role ensures delivery teams are fully equipped with the right people, tools, and processes to safely and effectively achieve planned outcomes.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
1. Lead by example, consistently demonstrating alignment with Babcock Principles and values
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes
3. Oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and welfare support
4. Support the leadership team by ensuring policy compliance and contributing to site plans that enhance staff productivity and operational efficiency.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Bovington, Dorset site.
Essential experience of the Customer Services Supervisor:
5. Proficient in PC use with hands-on experience in data management and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ERP systems, JAMES, and Clarity
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage both individuals and teams effectively
7. Strong background in customer service, with proven success in customer-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications for the Customer Services Supervisor:
Educated to Level 2 standard within the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), including Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualifications such as GCSE Grade 9–4 (A*–C) or O Level A–C.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
