An exciting position has become available in the Clinical Specialties Division at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Trust as Service Manager for Audiology with the scope of increasing to other Specialties within the division. The role is 22.5 hours per week/3 days, Your role will be to operationally manage the Audiology service, providing clear leadership and ensuring delivery against our performance goals. You will work closely with the Business Manager, Team Leader, Clinicians and other staff across the Trust. You will provide leadership and expert advice to your teams to help deliver high standards of care and a quality, patient-centred service with an ethos around continuous improvement. The post holder will need to have significant experience of operational service delivery. This is a challenging operational role, but represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The role represents an ideal opportunity for the post holder to further their skills and progress their career into a senior management role. You will need a clear and thorough understanding of NHS challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you will be confident in delivering operational initiatives to achieve patient access targets (DM01/RTT), and competent in complex data handling and IT skills. You will benefit from dedicated support from the directorate senior management team in delivering your objectives.
