A welcoming and supportive primary school in DN4 is looking for a nurturing and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a KS1 child from January 2026. This is a long-term supply role through Reed Education, offering the chance to make a real difference in a child’s development.
About the Role:
* Provide individualised support to a KS1 pupil, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
* Assist with phonics and language development – strong knowledge in these areas is highly desirable.
* Be comfortable with personal care responsibilities as part of the role.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement tailored strategies.
