Job Title: Claims Operational Team Leader Location: Liverpool, office based Salary: £34,710 - £37,752 plus an achievable annual bonus of £2500, paid quarterly Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Plus 1 in 5 Saturdays between 9am and 5pm. About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and driven Claims Operational Team Leader to lead a team within our Motor First Party Claims function, specializing in accidental damage. This role requires someone who leads from the front, champions a culture of openness, and delivers results through people focused leadership.
