Salary: £32,916 – £45,352

Woodlands School is a broad‑spectral special school catering for pupils aged 4‑19 years. We are part of Unity MAT, a small, ambitious trust, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, reflective and creative teacher for our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department.
Responsibilities
* Lead and provide high‑quality educational provision in the EYFS.
* Teach classes/groups of pupils, ensuring planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their complex learning, personal and social needs.
* Champion early childhood development, inclusive practice and family engagement, laying strong foundations for lifelong learning.
* Maintain a positive ethos and core values of the school.
* Contribute to constructive team building amongst teaching staff, non‑teaching staff, parents and carers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Teaching qualification suitable for early years (e.g., Pre‑School Diploma, Early Years Teacher Status, or equivalent).
* Previous or transferable experience in SEND is advantageous.
* Strong reflective practice and creative approach to curriculum design.
* Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team and parents.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
