As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
* Assist in the food preparation process
* Helping Head Chef running busy kitchen
* Ensuring the Line and Prep Cooks prepare the dishes according to the Head Chef’s specifications and standards
* Training new kitchen employees on the restaurant’s standards and regulations
* Addressing and resolving diners’ complaints quickly
* Monitoring the kitchen area and the staff to ensure sanitation standards are maintained
* Help with deliveries and restocking
* Understand food hygiene practices
* Love working as part of a team
