A senior operations role within a secure cloud platform supporting critical UK infrastructure. This role focuses on complex incident management, platform troubleshooting, and operational improvement within a Kubernetes-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and resolve complex incidents across cloud infrastructure
* Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, and platform issues
* Act as an escalation point within the team
* Improve operational processes and reduce manual effort
Requirements
* Strong experience in platform engineering / SRE / DevOps
* Hands-on Kubernetes and Terraform experience
* Background in live service / production environments
