Our Derby-based client is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. Based at their modern offices in Derby, you will support the administration functions and report to the HR Manager.
Your new role
Office Support
1. Manage the internal & external maintenance of the regional office building/grounds and associated fixtures and fittings
2. Manage and organise external contractors, cleaning contractors, contractors, security, office equipment, services and facilities.
3. Co-ordinate the effective use of work stations/work space within the office
4. Ensure that all statutory requirements are undertaken
5. Co-ordinate and support with administration, stationary and office supplies
Supporting Operations
6. Organising, issuing weekly build sales reports and build monitors
7. Preparation and uploading construction programmes to project +
8. Maintaining and updating Operations team holiday schedules
9. Updating client and internal meeting schedules and note-taking when required
10. Updating and issuing site lists
11. Support with documentation including presentations, reports etc.
12. Accurately process invoices where appropriate
13. Support with any operational initiatives and publicity
What you'll need to succeed You will have excellentmunication skills and a working knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint.
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
