Job Title: Recruitment Administrator / Interview Booker
Location: Cardiff City Centre (Office Based)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team in Cardiff City Centre. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organised, and working in a lively, fun environment. You'll be responsible for booking candidates in for interviews, updating spreadsheets, sending emails, and having conversations with applicants who are excited to start their journey with us.
What You'll Do
* Call applicants and book them in for interviews
* Use spreadsheets to keep records up to date
* Send and reply to candidate emails
* Have conversations with people who have applied for roles
* Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth process
