Contracted roles follow a three‑point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance & Development Review) process.
Hours: Full Time – (37 hrs/ week)
Hours will typically be shifts between the hours of 8am‑7pm.
Later hours may occasionally be required for pre‑booked events at Congleton Park Café.
