Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our packages safely and efficiently to our customers. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic regulations.
Pay
✅ £121.50 – £141.50/day (Plus. VAT) – Paid Weekly - higher rate includes team bonus
✅ £145.80 – £168/day (Inc. VAT) – Paid Weekly
✅ Potential weekly earnings: £1,008 (based on VAT registration & bonus achieved)
Your Day-to-Day
* Load your van and deliver parcels along pre-planned, optimised routes
* Use handheld delivery technology for fast, efficient drops
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
* Follow all company policies and procedures related to driving, safety, and customer service.
* Represent Y Logistics with professionalism and great customer service
Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points – no IN, DR, DD, DU, or TT codes)
* Ability to lift parcels up to 23kg
* Clear background check & drug/alcohol screening
