Description
Working closely with the team, you will provide insight and robust financial analysis to the sites, challenging existing and future costs as well as capital expenditure.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and preparing detailed weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports and KPIs for the site, including prime cost variance analysis, cost centre overhead reporting, waste & project tracking, and communicating these insights across the business.
2. Managing site accruals and prepayments, including inventory reconciliations.
3. Overseeing capital project approval and investment appraisal, asset management including timely additions, disposals, and verification.
4. Supporting change programs focused on new product launches and capital installations, including project tracking for waste and energy benefits.
5. Maintaining financial control across all site functions in period-end financial reporting.
6. Managing year-end inventory processes and supporting external audits related to manufacturing.
7. Developing people through coaching and training, including non-site roles.
Profile
Qualified Finance Manager with site-based manufacturing or engineering experience, commercially minded, capable of providing robust challenge.
Job Offer
