in a handstand, a parent's email, or a 4-year-old's first cartwheel
→ You'll help build one of the UK's fastest-growing acro brands
→ You'll create scroll-stopping content, rally local teams to follow suit, and use data like a compass to know what's working (and what's just meh)
WHO THIS IS PERFECT FOR:

on socials and knows what's trending before it trends

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Create content
for Acrotrix's national socials (IG, TikTok, FB, maybe even BeReal... prove us wrong)
- Coordinate
local academy teams to create on-brand, high-energy content... and make it fun
- Run paid ads
and track performance like a hawk, if it doesn't convert, you'll figure out why
- Build funnels
that actually work, and look good
- Design campaigns
around key moments (Halloween, National Handstand Day, your mum's birthday, you name it)
- Think guerrilla
, think weird, think "What if we put a giant air track in the middle of Westfield?"
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
* You've
run ads
before, or created content for real-world businesses that got results
- You're
visually sharp
, you know when something's off-center or off-brand... and you fix it
- You're
social-first
, if you don't actively use IG, TikTok, FB etc... this isn't for you
- You take initiative... pitch it, plan it, post it
BONUS IF YOU:
* Love fitness or sports (or have sporty kids, friends, or a weird obsession with gymnastics fails on TikTok)
* Have used AI tools to speed things up, sharpen copy, or scale content (we're all about it)
* Have ever convinced a team to do something they originally rolled their eyes at... and made it a hit
SETUP + LOCATION:
* Part-Time, Hybrid
* Remote most of the time
* Occasional travel to Acrotrix academies to record content and bring the hype
* Sometimes in our Watford HQ (1–2 days/week max)
SALARY + PERKS:
* £35,000–£40,000/year depending on experience
