We are looking for a CRM Data Executive to join our team. You will be supporting the CRM Data Manager with delivering an effective Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with key data insight as well as day-to-day customer data cleanses to improve the quality of customer records. You will join us as part of the CRM team and will be responsible for build and extracting customer audiences for various marketing comms, including email, SMS, direct mail and prospecting lists. As a CRM Data Executive will become the source of knowledge for all things customer database, supporting the CRM managers to establish a relevant communication strategy that is well-targeted, using the best quality data. As a CRM Data Executive, you will support the team with database analysis to draw recommendations that influence the CRM Managers to make better informed decisions that directly improves performance. You will feel confident with following Vertu policies and actively promote improvements to processes. Responsibilities include: Daily data amendments cleanse activity Data extracts for Marketing activity Working with CRM team to deliver effective CRM strategies Day-to-day data amends to customer record Troubleshooting data Manufacturer campaign management We are looking for you to display: Good initiative and follow-through skills – gets things done on time and in a well-organised fashion. Able to manage quality delivery through others Active problem solving, troubleshooting problems effectively Working effectively with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments and with third parties. Confidence using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint.
