Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the overall efficient and effective operation of the contract to ensure high-quality Food, Beverage, and Accommodation services across all areas.
* Deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
* Maintaining positive client relationships.
* Planning the contract and resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.
* Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members.
* Ensuring the contract complies with company policies and procedures.
* Meeting financial targets and managing the contract within budget, focusing on net income and costs.
Our ideal Manager will:
* Have experience in contract catering.
* Be skilled in leading and managing teams to achieve results.
* Have a proven track record of growing sales and retaining clients.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
* Be quality and process-driven, with a focus on delivering results.
* Comply with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
* Be IT literate (MS Office, Email).
