Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge, high standards, and the ability to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Has an understanding of food safety, health standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
