We’re working with a leading advanced engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of electrical design across complex, high-spec equipment, while leading and developing a team of engineers. You’ll play a key role in driving technical standards, ensuring compliance, and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical Engineers
* Own electrical design and technical delivery across projects
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry standards
* Drive best practice, standardisation, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in electrical design within a manufacturing or defence environment
* Experience working with complex, regulated systems
* Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
