An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Project Quality Manager to play an important role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects. You will lead and guide a team of quality professionals, overseeing their day-to-day activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Report to the Technical Quality Programme Manager, providing updates on team performance and project status;
2. Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship;
3. Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving;
4. Lead Quality Assurance and Control covering multiple projects;
5. Ensure the effective performance of all project quality activities against the compliance requirements of project specifications and standards.
Job Requirements include:
* Background in Technical Business Processes (areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Instrumental);
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Technical Process Management, Quality Management);
* Experience in leading Quality programmes in projects;
* Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification, with IRCA/CQI accreditation;
