We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bar & restaurant supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Duties
* Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
* Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends.
* Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting regular evaluations.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the bar area.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
* Experience as a barista or in beverage service
