* Develop European sales strategy for the Applications business, and assist the specialist sales teams in the market units to execute the same. Foster innovation in selling process that supports accelerated growth of Applications solutions
* Achieve and exceed assigned orders and revenue target(s).
* Build campaigns for Applications and assist the specialist sales team execute these campaigns to continuously generate and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities that supports the achievement of assigned financial target(s).
* Develop a positive relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and become a trusted advisor. Gain a deep understanding of typical business challenges faced by our customers in Europe.
* Monitor key performance metrics like new business growth across Market Europe, upsell/cross-sell lead identification, campaign effectiveness, reference-ability, adoption, and customer engagement
