Job Purpose:
To carry out various media preparation & logistics duties as required. Represent the company when discussing with existing and potential customers the service offerings of i2 Analytical and the outsourcing of their work
Role Accountabilities and Duties:
Main Duties of the Role:
· Build, maintain and calibrate dust deposition gauges as required.
· Purchasing from manufacturers of parts required to build deposition gauges.
· Purchasing from suppliers, sample media for conducting air sampling.
· Raise POs for orders relating to media supplies.
· Stock control and distribution of media and consumables.
· Maintenance of the media tracking systems.
· General housekeeping of the media preparation area.
· Preparing, liaising and arranging for delivery / collection of customer orders via internal or external couriers.
· Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met.
· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Attend and contribute to team and departmental meetings as required.
· Build strong relationships with operations and support peers in the business.

Essential:
· Efficient and able to work to deadlines, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.

· Reliable with excellent time-keeping.
