The Opportunity

They are expanding and seeking a Senior Lead Purview Consultant to support clients in implementing and enabling Microsoft Purview, M365, and Azure Technologies, focusing on data governance, compliance, and risk management solutions.
The Role
You will work with various clients across industries, collaborating with internal teams. Your key responsibility will be leading the delivery of Microsoft Purview solutions, guiding clients through complex data governance, compliance, and risk management challenges.
You will provide strategic and technical oversight, acting as a trusted advisor and hands-on leader. Responsibilities include developing team capabilities, optimizing deployments, and designing scalable compliance architectures. Manage daily activities for a team of Senior, Regular, and Junior Consultants. Evaluate and implement Microsoft Purview technologies to support data classification, protection, retention, and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Azure. Design and deploy features like eDiscovery, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Communication Compliance, and Information Barriers. Advise on Insider Risk Management and regulatory compliance using Purview's tools. Support integration with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Assess and review customer cloud security posture and liaise with stakeholders to align security strategies with business goals.
The Person
Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Purview solutions in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Thorough understanding of Purview features such as:
* Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels, encryption, etc.)
* eDiscovery & Communication Compliance
* Data Lifecycle Management & Records Management
Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders. Passion for problem-solving, teamwork, and creating innovative solutions. Broad knowledge of Microsoft Security products including Microsoft Entra (Identity, Identity Protection, Identity Governance), Microsoft 365 Defender suite, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel. Candidates must have SC Clearance or be eligible for it due to project sensitivity.
