Overview:
A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance. This role is ideal for a candidate with NEBOSH certification and a background in fabrication or engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain QHSE systems, policies, and procedures
* Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and ISO standards
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
* Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
* Deliver training and monitor QHSE performance
Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
* Experience within fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
* Strong communication and organisational skills
