CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to be covering multiple Residential buildings around South and North London. The successful candidate will be Mechanically / Plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in Commercial / Residential building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance to the following.Duties & Responsibilities:Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsHours of work / Rate / contract detailsMonday - Friday8am - 5pmMust be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handoverUp to £27p/hCovering 6 Residential sites - 3 in South London ( Camberwell / Clapham ) and 3 in North London ( Finchley / Finsbury Park )Van Included ( must have valid drivers license with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons)RequirementsMechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etcMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial / Residential building maintenanceGood communication skillsClient FacingValid DBS CertificateIf you are interested please email your CV toat CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
