The Vacancy
Join us as our new Head of Landlord Compliance, Building Safety and Health & Safety!
We’re looking for someone with proven expertise in ensuring compliance within a regulated housing environment. You’ll be passionate about keeping customers safe in their homes, with the confidence and leadership skills to guide specialist teams and drive high standards across compliance and health & safety functions. You’ll play a key role in delivering our vision and ensuring we meet our statutory and regulatory responsibilities.

Work4 pilot
We are currently running a pilot of working a 4-day week (4DW). We have been running this pilot since September 2024. The pilot has been extended to October 2026.
