About The Role
The Sytner group offers a permanent Used Car Sales Executive role with a base salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn generous commission. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their car‑buying journey, ensuring a first‑class customer experience.
Key responsibilities include communicating with customers to understand their needs, supporting them on their journey to buying a used car, and working flexible patterns that may include weekends so we can provide the highest level of service.
On top of the salary there is an achievable OTE of £50,000, a company car, and benefits such as a subsidised manufacturer car purchase scheme for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high‑street retailers.
About You
We are looking for individuals with a background in customer service or sales within the automotive sector. You should have good interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a full UK driving licence is beneficial.
Applicants may be asked to attend an assessment centre. Minimum requirement: automotive sales experience.
