Offer description

Coordinator, Member Programs & Support assists in delivering high-quality customer support and member program support. This role supports and assists with the coordination of signature professional practice events, logistics for design awards, documents member stories, tracks program impact, and cultivates relationships with firms, educators, mentors, and member leaders. The coordinator is detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to help practitioners progress, from licensure to leadership.

* Contribute ideas to make BSA’s programs and content more engaging and accessible across all career levels.
* Support organizational stewardship activities.
* Help plan and produce in-person and virtual events.
* Assist with coordinating continuing-education credit logistics (attendance verification, certificates, submissions).
* Capture and organize photos, notes, and other assets from programs and events.
* Provide data management/entry support across the organization's various platforms.

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in events, membership, data management or a related field.
* Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
* Comfort with Microsoft Office, member databases, and basic budgeting.
* Interest in architecture, design, professional membership associations.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects at once.
* Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Compensation and Benefits

* Hybrid schedule: three days per week in our Boston office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one flexible day) and two days remote.
