OurclientisseekingaqualifiedMRICSCharteredSurveyortojoinourin-houseteam,focusingonpropertyvaluationsandriskassessmentsforbridginganddevelopmentfinance.Thisroleispivotalinensuringthatallloanapplicationsareunderpinnedbyaccurate,market-alignedvaluationsandcomprehensiveduediligence.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Conductinternaldesktopandsite-basedvaluationsinlinewithRICSstandards
* Reviewthird-partyvaluationreportsandassesspropertyrisksforsecuredlending
* Evaluatedevelopmentprojectsforfeasibility,cost,andreturnanalysis
* Collaboratewithunderwriting,legal,andoperationsteamsthroughouttheloanlifecycle
* Produceclear,structuredreportsandrecommendationsforlendingdecisions
* Monitormarkettrendstosupportaccuratevaluationsandriskmitigation
* Assistwithdistressedassetstrategiesandexitplanning
* EnsurecompliancewithinternalpoliciesandRedBookstandards
KeyRequirements:
* MRICSCharteredSurveyorwith5+yearsexperience(3+post-qualification)
* Strongbackgroundinvaluationsforlending,development,orinvestment
* Solidunderstandingofpropertylaw,planning,anddevelopmentviability
* Analyticalandcommerciallyastute,withexcellentcommunicationskills
* Comfortablewithbothfieldinspectionsanddesktopassessments
